Got my car last Saturday. Today get a message to take car to BYD immediately
Get it towed in. Called 3 times. Every time I am told someone will call me back. No one does.
Very disappointed so far with my experience and no clue about what is happening with my car

Did you fill it with premium or just unleaded?

Tell BYD (in writing) you want a replacement car under the Australian Consumer Law. It's their problem not yours.

Umm…bit more info please..

Would the car not start for you?
Did you call BYD first?

Why would BYD call you out of the blue & ask you not to drive it & to get it towed.

There is some missing pieces in your puzzle.

So you are having some issue with your car? As in, it won't start? Your post doesn't explain very well what is happening to the car.
