I've never been in a Model 3, so can't really say how it compares. 2022 and 2023 are the same except in 2023 models they’ve made the adjustment for the seats rather than after-market fix in order to meet 5 stars ANCAP.

If I'm not wrong, once the initial speed is set, you can still accelerate to change the speed, then toggle down and hold for 2-3s to set it to your current speed

Not that I’m aware of but it’s useful to have the physical card when you are in a poor phone reception area or in an underground car park.
