My cruise control has stopped working. Also the radio sound doesn’t go down while reversing. Probably heating is also not working. Waiting for coming service to raise all these problem. Car has fone 12000 kms.

Maybe something in your vehicle settings

Also maybe do a reboot

Had the same problem. Voice control was also loud.
My recommendation: activate voice control and while she is talking to you decrease the volume. That has fixed my reverse volume. I know , weird but discovered by chance.

Umm maybe you have accidentally pressed the traction / snow button? Cruise won’t work with that on. I was caught this week with that

While in reverse, I’ve notice some vehicle functions are disabled, like the volume.
