ANCAP's 29 September 2026 release gives the M9 five stars, currently applying to seven-seat variants. It also says many assessed child restraints could not be installed correctly in the third-row left outboard position, despite that seat having a top-tether anchorage.
An anchorage does not establish that a particular child seat fits a particular position. Bring your actual restraints to a vehicle inspection and check the approved positions in the relevant manual.
