I went for my first service today. At a MyCar tyre and auto. Here is I interesting experience I wish to share. I arrive at 830am and told that the car would be available at 1100am .I ask what do they need to do on a electric car. They replied a lot of special updates and check a lot of things due to being the first one.. I decided to stay out of curiosity. The car got inside. Never went on the hoist. The technician open the bonnet.. seem to plug something inside the car near the driver seat.. at 915 the car was ready.. and got told it is good to go.. surprise he said no update was needed with those one contrary to first guy. Then got given a list of the things he apparently done.. check my comments.. and beware
I have to say. Despite the discrepancies between the list and the actual work. (No fault to my car) , its the list that need to be worded or update to reflect what actually gets done. So no warranty issue in the future may arise. My car have done an amazing job. Check what was done.. etc. Even contacting me directly to explain and compensate. BIG 👍 to MYCAR for the way it is being dealt. My faith in them as been fully restore. Noone is perfect nor any new system .. but one thing for sure is that those guys are committed to provide the best service they can. Going back there to finish any missing items.
