Hi everyone, I’m at a BP pulse for the first time. I am at 10% battery. When I connect the charger, it connects and immediately after it says that it is finished. Did anyone has this problem? Thank you!!

Thank you all so much. We called customer service and it turns out that charging station has a lot of issues. We went to another one close by and it is charging with no issues ☺️

This is most likely an app that you need to install

Have you authorised the charger before you plug in with the app?

We had trouble. Do not connect to car. Open app and get everything going on the app including payment then it should ask to connect the car. We were having the same problem. The chap from the servo steered us in the right direction
