Any advice on why I can’t connect?

BTW I am hotspotted to my iPhone, and I’ve also tried connecting my phone via cable. Also entered correct log in details…

Try connecting to your home WiFi first to login to Spotify.
And if that work . Then try your phone hotspot.
Just got sure that car connected to it
